Our History

The firm was founded in 1952 by Arthur Goldbaum and Richard H. Goetz. The firm began as a general practice firm, offering services in real estate probate, general business law, personal injury law and collection law. Dean A. Sipe joined the firm in 1979 and the firm became Goldbaum, Goetz and Sipe. After the death of Arthur Goldbaum in 1980, the firm name was changed to Goetz and Sipe. The firm continued its emphasis in real estate, probate, construction law and collections law. James A. Landon joined the firm in 1999. The name of the firm was later changed to Sipe & Landon and the firm added landlord-tenant law to its areas of practice. Eric Thomae joined the firm in 2007. The firm proudly continues its tradition, practicing in the areas of landlord-tenant law, collections law, probate, construction law and general commercial law.
