Our History

The firm was founded in 1952 by Arthur Goldbaum and Richard H. Goetz. The firm began as a general practice firm, offering services in real estate probate, general business law, personal injury law and collection law. Dean A. Sipe joined the firm in 1979 and the firm became Goldbaum, Goetz and Sipe. James A. Landon joined the firm in 1999. The name of the firm was later changed to Sipe & Landon and the firm added landlord-tenant law to its areas of practice. With the acquisition of Dwight Connely’s practice in 2014 due to his retirement, Sipe & Landon is now focused primarily on helping residential landlords in all facets of the rental process.  Dean Sipe and Dwight Connely remain of counsel to Sipe & Landon.
